May I grow sweet and fair;
With kindly words and action
For everyone to spare,
May the good seed nourish wellness

Like evil weeds depart.

Little words of love,
Make our Earth an Eden

5. Work while you work.
Play while you play
That is the way
To be happy and gay.
All that you do,
Do with your nught;
Things done by halves
Are never done right.
One thing at a time
And that done well,
Is a very good rule,
As many can tell.
Moments are useless
When trifled away,
So work while you work
And play while you play.

6. Say not the struggle not availeth,
The labour and the wounds are vain,
The enemy faints not, nor faileth,
And as things have been they remain.
If hopes were dupes, fears could also be liars;
It may be, in you smoke conceal'd.
Your comrades chase e'en now the fliers.
And but for you poses the field
For while the tired vainly breaking
Seem here no painful to gain
For back through creeks and inlets making,
Come silent, fooding in the main.
And not by eastern windows only,
When daylight comes, comes in the light;
In from the sun climbs slow how slowly!
But westward look, the land is bright!
